Grand Jury Returns 40 Indictments
The September term grand jury examined 61 witnesses, considered 42 cases, and returned 40 indictments. It praised Montevue Hospital and county jail operations, urged health investigations, and noted 30 named charges including forgery and larceny. The foreman Charles E. Troxell signed the report.
