Frederick school board acts on teaching vacancies and transfers
Frederick County Board of Education met with full membership to address overcrowding, teacher shortages, and class transfers. A shop teacher vacancy remains at Frederick High, and Preston Horse resigned after a week. Several staff reassignments were approved to balance enrollments, with schedules adjusted for Fair Week and a two day teachers' conference in Baltimore.
