Montgomery County plans rules to regulate foreign missions
Montgomery County council members proposed a zoning amendment to control foreign missions and international organizations anchored by the Pan American Health Organization in Montgomery. The plan, to be introduced Sept 21, seeks to require chancery upgrades and special approvals for embassies, with compliance to local codes and alignment with state and federal laws.
