Singer Reunion Sunday At Taneytown Park
The ninth annual Sminger Reunion was held at Taneytown Memorial Park on September 13. A prayer led the service and a basket lunch followed. Members discussed next year’s gathering and gifts were awarded for oldest woman and largest family. The meeting closed with group singing and moments of silence for deceased members. Herbert Block, Post cartoonist, is hospitalized after a heart attack.
