Two Virginia Men Charged In Theft Wrecking Of Car
James Henry Tinsley, released on personal recognizance while appealing extradition from Maryland, was arrested this morning on charges of breaking and entering theft and destruction of property. Michael Alfonso Darby, 18, of Hampton, is charged with receiving stolen goods breaking and entering and destruction of property. Police said the men stole a new car from Watkins-Burdette Motor Co on Rosemont Avenue and crashed the vehicle on West All Saints Street after a pursuit. Bond hearing set in District Court.
