Miss Rebekah J. Leatherman of Middletown married James McLaren Jr of 210 Park Avenue in a candlelit Grace Reformed ceremony at Grace Church Walkersville. Rev Dr Edgar Hoffmeier officiated as organist Winston Shipley accompanied both processional and recessional. The couple planned a trip to the Porono Mountains after a reception at Linden Hills. Leatherman, a Middletown High School and Columbia Business College graduate, has worked for Everedy Co. McLaren is a Frederick High School graduate with Navy service before his marriage.
