Baltimore and Ohio shopmen to return in ten days
Baltimore and Ohio shop workers, nearly all on strike, are expected to be back at their jobs within ten days. A conference in the B and O Building, involving executives and strikers, led to a peace plan known as the Willard Jewell plan. Details were not released, but it aims to re employ all strikers within thirty days except those proven guilty of violence. About 15,000 idle workers are affected, and most are anticipated to return by the end of September.
