BELGRADE Yugoslavia Sept 14 P US Deputy Undersecretary of State Robert Murphy arrived by air today for talks on Yugoslav American defense cooperation. He said he had held two satisfactory but confidential conferences with Western German Chancellor Konrad Adenauer before leaving Bonn. He did not reveal outcomes but suggested discussions touched on the European Defense Community breakdown and Western defense reshuffles against Soviet aggression.
