Woman Given 60 Days Term In Disorderly Conduct Case
Thelma Virginia Simons, 28, of 201 South Market Street Frederick, was fined 100 or 60 days in jail after a disorderly conduct arrest by Lt. Ralph Potts and officers. She allegedly broke into an apartment, took food, and caused a disturbance in the building. The court ruled the area a public place and found her guilty despite defense claims.
