An exhibit of hooked rugs will draw Frederick and Upper Montgomery county women to the Women's Clubhouse at 7931 Connecticut Avenue in Chevy Chase on September 26 and 27 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sponsored by the Hook Craft Guild of Metropolitan Washington, the event will be organized by charter members Mrs. Margaret Jones and Mrs. Louise Slaughter of Bethesda. Guild members hail from Montgomery County and the Washington area including Arlington and Falls Church in Virginia, having trained under noted Washington crafts teachers.
