Insurance Case Unfolds In Circuit Court Testimony
In a circuit court session the Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York faced testimony by Gaver and Flook about how a fire and burglary policy was secured. Gaver claimed no misrepresentation was made to the insurer yet advised the examining agent to inspect a cafe in Myeraville. Flook described damage to vault walls floors and safe doors from the explosion and said neither he nor Gaver read the policy, with Urner never visiting Myeraville. The defense argued the policy could have been rejected or altered, and proceedings continued at press time.
