City To Enforce Bike Regulations

Car crushes local man at East Street garage
A 30 year old man, Jack Douglas Neal, was killed when a 1962 Oldsmobile being worked on at Neal's Garage on East Street fell onto him. Police say the accident occurred about 10 30 a m while Neal worked alone, with the tow chain snapping. He died at Frederick Memorial Hospital. He was married to Bonnie Fox Neal and son of Hazen Burns and Lola Belle O Neal. Surviving relatives were listed.
