Buck Glessner Ends Life in Frederick Jail
Harry P. Buck Glessner, a noted Frederick troublemaker, hanged himself with a belt from an iron bar in the county jail after being jailed on a breaking and entering charge. Justice Sinn ruled death by self-inflicted strangulation. His body, found by David Roberts Jr., was prepared for burial at Cline & Son and to be taken to his mother's home. He was 29, survived by his wife Gladys Adams Glessner and other relatives.
