Mount Pleasant raffle aids fight against radio towers
Marty Crabbs of Mount Pleasant won the grand prize firewood raffle held by the Mount Pleasant Community Awareness Group to raise funds opposing Elijah Broadcasting Corporation’s tower project. MPCAG seeks a larger setback rule and has filed an FCC petition to deny the license. Other prize winners included Ed Zimmerman and Bil Delacher, with Delachter donating $25 to MPCAG.
