Federal court overturns award to Md company

A federal appeals court in Richmond overturned a $2 million damages ruling against Maryland suppliers in an antitrust dispute. The 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals found improper jury instructions and insufficient evidence in the Baltimore federal court case.
