Six Month Extension for Roberts in Drunken Driving Case

David Frederick Roberts Jr of Baltimore received an additional six months confinement on a sentence from two weeks earlier after a Peoples Court conviction for drunken driving with a suspended license. He had resisted arrest previously and was tied to a bar fight with his brother James of Sharpsburg. Magistrate Sheffield ordered concurrent one year terms to run with the six months. Also heard were fines for Mickey M. Keener, Route 1 Woodsboro, and a suspended fine for William Elmer Sittig of Camp Detroit for a stop light violation. Delmar Coward of New Kensington, Pa., forfeited collateral for overweight load.
