Rios Band Routed After Attack on Laguimanoc
Manila reports Rios, leader of Tarabaes natives, attacked Laguimanoc September 2 with 20 riflemen and 150 armed followers. Two women and a girl were killed, several wounded. Constabulary arrived, routed the band, and pursued remaining followers with detachments. A captured lieutenant said Rios is a descendant of God.
