Tragic Gulf Hotel Fire Kills 57 War Workers and Guests

U S Sunk About One Third Of U Boats In Three Months
Wohigatar and the Navy revealed that of more than 90 enemy U boats sunk in May June and July 29 were destroyed by American forces alone. Twenty four were sunk by American torpedo planes and six and five were sunk by United States Army aircraft.
