Ricky E. Contreras of Walkersville was found guilty in Frederick District Court of leaving his 5 year old daughter unattended in a parked truck at Francis Scott Key Mall on June 2. He was fined 225 dollars. A maintenance worker testified the girl cried and climbed out when the door was opened. The judge declined probation before judgment. The offense carries up to 500 dollar fine and 30 days in jail.
