Frederick taxi driver dies in early morning crash
A Frederick man, Jesse G. Dorsey 35, was killed when his taxi struck a fire hydrant and snapped a telephone pole near City Cab Company on Highland Avenue. Police say the independent contractor may not have had authority to take the cab and that the crash occurred about four minutes after the call.
