Parked car collision ends with Buckner arrest
On Sunday at 11 24 p m in South Bentz street accident caused 250 dollars damage to two vehicles. Ruby J Buckner 24 colored of Lincoln Apartments drove south about 50 feet north of West All Saints street and hit a parked car owned by John R Foreman III of Tramsville causing 150 dollars damage to the Foreman vehicle and 100 dollars to the Buckner car. Buckner faces charges of operating under the influence reckless driving and driving without a license and is jailed on 1000 dollar bond with a Sept 19 trial set. Officers Claude Evans
