Banner School marks 15th year with formal dress rule
Banner School began its 15th year on Wednesday with a standardized dress code requiring Polo or Oxford shirts, skirts, jumpers and slacks in various colors. Principal Susan West said the policy adds formality after a prior T-shirt ban and that about 180 students from kindergarten through eighth grade attend. The school averages 15 elementary and 18 middle school students per class.
