Delbert S. Null reports at the weekly Roads Department meeting that Baltimore City receives 90 percent of road construction funds from state gasoline taxes while Frederick County gets only seven percent. He notes the need for counties to unite at a September 14 SRC meeting to obtain more funds, risking a fight in the State Legislature to reallocate from Baltimore City.
