Fire at Narragansett Park Destroys Stables and Horses
A blaze at Narragansett Park during the grand circuit meet yesterday afternoon destroyed three cattle sheds and burned four rare horses. Notable losses include Aee with a 265% record valued at $4.90, Maud K valued at $1006, Ackman Jm with a 216% record valued at $1,600, and Willissa valued at $1,500. Several other horses were saved.
