Frederick Fire Marshal No. 2 at 9:37 am for a barn fire. 11936 Main St Libertytown at 1:51 pm for a house fire. 1-70 at 54 mile marker for a vehicle fire at 4:16 pm. Responding units include United, Junior, Independent Hose Co., Citizens Truck Co., and local towns Braddock Heights Middletown Myersville Walkersville Libertytown Woodsboro and Walkersville Ambulance. Fire reported out at Time Out Amusement Center.

Investigations Ordered On Two Drug Law Violators
Investigations were ordered for two Frederick men who admitted drug involvement. Alvin Delano Thomas 29 faces up to four years and a 25000 fine for cocaine possession after a Feb 19 1987 search. Timmy William Thomas 25 faces up to five years and a 15000 fine for maintaining a common nuisance where marijuana was used or stored after a March 7 raid found about a pound of marijuana and equipment.
