Sugarloaf Estates man killed in car wreck
A Sugarloaf Estates man, 20 year old Richard Jon Ullman of Lynn Drive, died in a single car crash on I-270 near the Bennett's Creek Bridge shortly after 4 a.m. Police report he apparently fell asleep at the wheel, his 1975 car struck a bridge abutment and stopped partly in the slow lane. Ullman was pronounced dead at the scene and transported to Frederick Memorial morgue.
