Teen killer suspect Ben Garris captured at Virginia Beach store

Baltimore County police said 16 year old Benjamin Garris was arrested Friday night at a 7 Eleven in Virginia Beach after a struggle with a clerk while shoplifting candy. He has been charged as an adult with first degree murder and first degree arson for the Towson Sheppard Pratt Hospital slaying of Sharon Edwards. A missing Timonium girl, Jane DeCosta, may have been with him. Extradition procedures begin.
