Truck Drivers Warned After School Bus Collisions

Justice Eennert E Bowlus presided as two truck-related cases drew warnings for drivers who hit a school bus. Don Warren, a tractor-trailer driver, was fined for reckless driving after a crash near Plane No 4 that damaged a bus and another truck. Charles Wilson, Frederick County bus driver, received a verdict of normality on a second reckless driving charge. Police noted a pattern of such incidents and stressed bus signals must be observed. Warren claimed the bus turned left without a signal. Wilson asserted he signaled and heard no horn. The magistrate cautioned against passing near a white center line. Additionally Sylvester Day received a suspended 30-day jail term for disorderly conduct. Thomas Theis forfeited 2.50 on a parking violation.
