Joy Titus named 1990-91 Frederick FFA Sweetheart

Joy Titus, a second year FFA member and dairy foods team participant, was crowned the 1990-91 Frederick FFA Sweetheart at a school event. First runner-up was Tara Oden and Hope Barrier received the outstanding first-year member honor. Titus aims to encourage urban students to join the largest agricultural youth organization and plans to pursue veterinary studies after attending the National FFA Convention in Kansas City.
