Appraisers Value Schrodel Farm At About 2 Million

Carver Apartments to be upgraded with $2.89 million grant

Frederick's Housing Authority will overhaul Carver Apartments on Madison Street with a 2.89 million WT Urban Development grant. The 60 unit complex built in 1952 houses 152 residents and will receive full remodels, new walls, cabinets, and kitchen appliances. Displacement will be minimized with phased work.
