State's Attorney reports large child support gains in Frederick County
Frederick County State's Attorney Lawrence A Dorsey Jr announced 580 562 in child support collected during July and August toward a 1991 goal of 3 million. He cited a 41 percent rise over 1989 and 22 percent rise in 1990, crediting the Child Support Enforcement and Fiscal Units, the Circuit Court Clerk's Office, the Assignment Office and his unit for the increase. Applications for services are via the local Department of Social Services at 118 Market St Frederck.
