Cloudy skies gave way to clearing conditions as Frederick County recorded four inches of rainfall over the past three days. The Monocacy and Potomac rivers receded with several roads reopened, and Halloween night expected clear and mild with temperatures in the mid 50s and highs in the 70s. The Halloween Parade in downtown Frederick is forecast to have excellent viewing conditions Wednesday night.

Halloween Parade Promises $2200 In Prize Money In Frederick

Police Continue Probe of Murder Near Monocacy River Bridge
