Civil War themed wedding at Evangelical Lutheran Church
Andre Amato and Rebecca Poe Burk wed in a Civil War era ceremony at Evangelical Lutheran Church. Attendants wore reproductions of 1862 fashion with Confederate and Union uniforms by Harriet Engler and Russell Osmianski. The couple hosted a Jefferson, Pennsylvania barbecue the day before and planned period menus and traditions to reflect 1862 customs.
