County Deliberates Consolidated Water System Plan
County commissioners discuss creating a consolidated water and sewer system to share costs, with existing local systems brought in gradually. The plan would subsidize users as more join, while noting Linganore and other mixed-supply systems may retain higher rates than sewer-only areas.
