Brink's robbers tied to Weather Underground and BLA group
Authorities linked the Brink's holdup to radical factions as raids uncovered floor plans, weapons, bloodied clothing, and lists targeting police officers. Three suspects identified as Weather Underground members and ties alleged between the group and the Black Liberation Army. Investigators traced possible involvement in related crimes including a rugby club bombing and a prison escape, while searching multiple locations around New York.
