The 1978 Snow Ball returns with an old fashioned Christmas vibe in a new setting at Francis Scout Key Mall. Frederick Memorial Hospital Auxiliary raises funds as bands Ted Clark Big Band Allen Brown and the Wishing Well Demitri Calles Hollywood Cool Breeze perform at stations throughout the mall.
