Rookie Champ Bailey Leads Redskins Past Cardinals in Tempe

Plummer left with a broken finger after a brutal third quarter hit as the Cardinals fell to 2-4 while Washington improved to 4-1. Bailey’s interceptions, including a 59-yard return, keyed the victory amid a defense that had ranked last entering the game.
