Agricultural students tour Russia broaden horizons
A 15 member Washington Canty group toured Russia under teachers Sue Lowery and Terri Shank. They saw farms still run by hand with sickles, markets selling produce from car trunks, and limited communications. The trip covered the Kremlin Lenin’s tomb and Moscow war memorials, leaving students with a broader view and thanks for what they have at home.
