Drug abuse program set for church leaders

Centerpark property auctioned in Frederick County
The Centerpark site near Solarex in Frederick was auctioned at the county courthouse on Tuesday. Martin Hill LLC won the 48,900 square foot building and 4.2 acre parcel for 2.3 million, while South Charles Realty in Baltimore captured 46 acres for 1.6 million. The property sits near US 15, Md. 340 and I-70, with road widening possible, and tenants include Standard Federal Savings Bank and Sigma Tau Pharmaceuticals.
