City Youth Charged After Weekend Shooting
Police charged 20 year old Terry Adrian Newman of Carver Apartments with assault and battery with a deadly weapon after he allegedly shot 24 year old Robert James Hill in the leg at Hill’s residence. Hill was treated and released from Frederick Memorial Hospital. Newman posted a 2000 dollar bond and a District Court hearing is set for November 4. In a separate incident, Knoxville farmer Bertrand Enfield remained listed in satisfactory condition at Frederick Memorial Hospital after being knocked into a concrete wall by a bull while leading it to breed.
