Mt Airy faces suit over Sunshine Act meeting closure
Mt Airy Mayor Lewis C. Dixon said the town risks a lawsuit for closing a Sept 23 meeting to the public under Maryland's Sunshine Act. The Carroll County Times demanded records and transcripts.
