Rest Area Dedication Set Wednesday in Maryland

Bishop Walsh Returns For Cumberland Visit
Roman Catholic Bishop James Edward Walsh arrives in Cumberland for a homecoming after 22 years away. The 79 year old former missionary spent 12 years in a Chinese prison and now travels from Ossining New York to Maryland.
