Driver Nabbed Twice For Spinning Wheels
Orin W. King Jr., 33, was arrested twice within 15 minutes in Frederick City for spinning wheels. He faced five charges including spinning wheels, speed greater than reasonable, and reckless driving with two sets of collaterals, one at 50 dollars and another at 46 dollars. Hearings were set for November 2 in Trial Magistrate's Court.
