Banquet sparks hope at Frederick Rescue Mission program
At the Faith House banquet in Frederick about 300 supporters heard success stories from survivors like Sue Baker, now assistant director at Faith House, who escaped abuse and addiction with the mission’s help. The executive director outlined a new transitional program of housing, work, and spiritual guidance to aid graduates in integrating into the community, while legal and welfare initiatives support men and women toward independence.
