Montgomery County Appeals Board warned to apply rules strictly
In Rockville Maryland three members of the Montgomery County Appeals Board were warned to enforce rules strictly or face dismissal. County Attorney Alfred H Carter issued the opinion. The council read two paragraphs stating the council may remove any board member who yields to private persuasion.
