Water supply of Frederick City abundant after wet period
Frederick City’s water works chief reports an exceptionally rich supply with springs in the mountains and the Tuscarora watershed flowing again after drought. Heavy rains in September and October boosted the city and county water levels, with wells on county farms filled and new springs appearing along roads and highways.
