Louis Victor Saar of New York City was declared the winner of the Kaiser Prize composition contest at the 20th triennial Saengerfest to be held in Baltimore next June. From 398 submitted works, Saar earned the top award amid a competitive field, with results announced on this Saturday in Baltimore.
