Sale Fairly Held, U S Court Rules

In Baltimore United States District Court Judge William C Coleman dismissed a petition by Edward S Moviey and George L Mobley seeking to delay foreclosure on Mobley and Brother property on West Patrick Street. The sale had been conducted before a U S marshal arrived with a restraining order. The ruling followed testimony from Mobley and Behildknecht for the petitioners and Dutrow for Woodsboro Savings Bank. The decision said the sale was fairly held and the court would not interfere. The case traces to McKeown LaGuardia bankruptcy amendments. A total equity petition remains in Frederick County, with further action expected. The foreclosed property was bought for $6,300 by William B Catshall, director of Woodsboro Bank.
