Ronnie Lee Sier, 15, of Monrovia, remained in a coma with a fractured skull and brain damage after a fight at the Frederick Fairgrounds. He was moved from Frederick Memorial to University Hospital in Baltimore, where doctors said he had not regained consciousness since admission near midnight Thursday. Sheriff Horace M Alexander, also hospitalized with back pain, said authorities have a suspect but no warrants yet.
