Kramer drops bid for MontCo executive seat and backs Duncan
Former Montgomery County Executive Sidney Kramer ends his bid for re election and endorses Rockville Mayor Douglas M Duncan saying the two share a base of support. He cites family time and the demanding schedule as reasons and notes he could have won the primary but prefers influence outside of government.
